By accessing or using GuestRadar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GuestRadar is an AI-powered research platform designed to help podcast producers and creators identify and analyze potential guests. We provide tools for searching guest appearances, generating interview briefs, and managing a guest dossier.

3. User Accounts

To use GuestRadar, you must sign in via our Magic Link system. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your account settings or the Stripe Billing Portal.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and AI models, is the property of GuestRadar. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service. You own the research data and interview briefs generated through your use of the Service for your own professional use.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
  • Share account access with unauthorized third parties.
  • Use the AI outputs to generate misinformation or harmful content.

7. Limitation of Liability

GuestRadar provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall GuestRadar be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email associated with their account.
